How long does it take to process my order?
each Annejelik product is handcrafted and made to order, please allow a 2-4 week production period before order ships. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
due to handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we will make it right
How do i choose right size?
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. our pieces are designed to have a fitted silhouette. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes, every Annejelik piece is handcrafted, making each item unique. because of this, slight variations in texture or measurements may occur
How should i care for my crotchet pieces?
to keep your garment looking its best, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, ringing, or machine drying.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping. shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. after that, production may have already begun.
